How long does it take to generate a timetable?
Once your rules are in, generation takes a few minutes for a school of 40 to 60 sections. Entering rules for the first time usually takes a day with our team’s help.
What if the rules make a perfect timetable impossible?
The engine tells you which rules are in conflict, for example a teacher assigned more periods than available slots, so you can relax one.
Can teachers see their own timetable on the phone?
Yes. Teachers see their daily and weekly timetable and any substitution assigned to them in the app.
Does it handle combined classes and electives?
Yes. Optional subjects in Classes 11 and 12 and combined sections for languages are scheduled as groups.
